Mobrey MSP900, MSP422 and MCU900 Ultrasonic Level Transmitter

Mobrey MSP900, MSP422 and MCU900 ultrasonic level transmitter and controller systems transmit ultrasonic pulses which reflect from the liquid surface. The transmitters listen for reflected signals (echoes) and measure the time delay between transmitting and receiving. The distance to the liquid surface is automatically computed using the computed time delay.

MSP422 is a simple 2-wire loop powered level transmitter. The entry level transmitter for general purpose level measurement duties. Designed for safe area use with a range of 8m/26ft the MSP422 is easily mounted over a liquid surface using the 2" threaded process connection. An integral display and 3 push buttons allow fast set-up in less than 2 minutes.

MSP400RH operates over a range of 11m/36ft, and may be locally programmed using the 3 integral push buttons. Two integral relays are provided for local alarm or fault indication.

MSP900GH is an ATEX approved intrinsically safe level transmitter, certified for use in hazardous areas. Power must be supplied through a suitable I.S. barrier.

MSP/MCU900 Series. The MSP900 family of products provides level measurement and local control through the MCU900 control unit housing 5 relays & 4-20mA signal re-transmission. The MSP900SH ultrasonic liquid level transmitter is specifically designed for use in wet wells and lift stations. He operating range is 12m/40ft.

Mobrey MCU/MSP Measurement & Control Systems
Mobrey ultrasonic non-contact measurement and control systems are aimed specifically at level and flow applications in the environmental water treatment industry.

The MSP900SH transmitter is a HART® compatible 2-wire loop powered 4-20mA transmitter, factory sealed for sump and wet well control, and operating over a range of 0.3 to 12 metres.

Optional MCU900 Control Units provide full control and functionality with five configurable relays and a 4-20mA re-transmitted signal. A local display and wizard assisted programming make these wall or panel mounted controllers very easy to commission and use. The MCU range of universal controllers provides a high level of functionality to any 4-20mA or HART signal. These mains or 24V dc powered controllers are available in a sturdy weatherproof wall mounting enclosure or a standard DIN size panel mount format, and provide intrinsically safe power to the transmitter.
