ERAB
The ERAB level control range offers a fully self monitoring and self testing alarm system that functions without constant supervision. The self testing circuitry means that manual daily testing can be reduced to weekly, resulting in a saving in time and minimising disruption to steam supply.

Hydrastep
Hydrastep provides reliable, accurate indication of water level under the most arduous operating conditions. With Hydrastep, the probability of missing a boiler trip is less than 1 in 300 million (Verified by Factory Mutual).

Alarm and Pump Control
Mobrey vertical air break controls are a comprehensive range of magnetically operated water level controls. Sequencing Blowdown Valves
The Mobrey sequencing blowdown valve is designed to function as a manually operated combined water isolating valve and sequencing valve. It provides positive purging of the water connection, float chamber and steam connection or a boiler control. Fail Safety,

Modulating Water Level Controllers
The Mobrey controller is a single element electro-hydraulic control with an electronic feedback. It is used for the throttle control with the modulating valve in the feedline.

Mobrey offers a comprehensive range of ERAB electronic level probes for steam boiler control covering low integrity, high integrity and capacitance level controls. ERAB probes are designed for use on steam boilers and fully comply with European and international standards and legislation applicable in these markets.

All of the ERAB electronic level probes can be used in non metallic tanks provided an earth electrode is used in connection with the media.

- A point level probe for ordinary non critical alarm and control applications, consisting of a single central electrode and PTFE insulating sleeve with a threaded metalic body

- A high integrity point level probe for critical alarm applications. The probe consists of a central electrode screened by a second electrode sleeve both of which are insulated from each other and the threaded metallic body

- A continuous level probe consisting of a PTFE covered rod fitted to a threaded metallic body. No part of the central rod is exposed to the liquid

Failure to detect low water levels in steam-raising plant can have costly and potentially disasterous consequences. Reliable water level detection is vital to prevent damage to plant and personnel.

The Mobrey Hydrastep Electronic Gauging System is the ideal "fit and forget" solution to overcome the problems associated with unreliable, maintenance intensive gauge glasses. Designed for totally reliable operation, Hydrastep is both fail-safe and fault tolerant.

The Hydrastep system takes measurements from rugged electrodes fitted to a water column. Red (steam) and green (water) indicators - which can be sited anywhere in the plant - display the water level.
